Job Description

Deliver on-site education for Plan Sponsor Participants. Conduct educational seminars/webinars focusing on Plan features and investments, as well as general investment-oriented and retirement-related seminars. Meet one-on-one to conduct financial advisory investment counseling sessions with employees and retirees. Interface with Plan Administration, legal counsel, and Plan Sponsors to identify, resolve, and respond to participant issues. Work with Plan Sponsors to increase participation among their employees. Contribute to the development and implementation of presentation material. Assist in scheduling retirement seminars/one-on-one appointments. Maintain compliance with all firm and FINRA regulatory requirements. May provide guidance and training to more junior staff. Additional responsibilities may be assigned

  • Gathers and analyzes information and develops alternative solutions
  • Looks for ways to improve and promote quality
  • Strong organization skills
