Requirements
3+ years direct experience with employer-sponsored retirement plans (401k, DB/DC)
Strong client relationship and project management skills
Competitive spirit, intellectual curiosity, and commitment to excellence
At least 3 years of hands-on experience working with 401(k) plans and other defined contribution or defined benefit retirement programs
Working knowledge of retirement plan administration, retirement benefits, and employer-sponsored savings plans
Proven ability to interact effectively with plan participants, plan sponsors, and custodial institutions
Strong organizational skills with a consistent record of producing accurate work and meeting deadlines
Ability to manage competing priorities and support projects from initiation through completion
Clear communication skills and a client-focused approach to service and relationship management
CFP or financial planning designation preferred
Experience in wealth management, retirement services, or a related financial services environment is preferred
