The Gloucester Contributory Retirement is seeking a candidate for the position of the Executive Director. The Gloucester Contributory Retirement System is seeking an Executive Director who is responsible for the daily administration of the Gloucester Retirement System. The Gloucester Retirement System is seeking a candidate with experience MGL Chapter 32, 840 CMR's and pension technology software. Reports to: Chairman. Schedule: Full-time 35 hours per week. Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 pm with one hour unpaid for lunch. Remote work is not possible. Non-union position. Location: 127 Eastern Avenue, Gloucester MA 01930. Salary Range: $100K – $138K.
