We are currently recruiting a Customer Support Assistant to join the Retention Line for one of Switzerland's largest telecommunications companies.

Job Responsibility:

  • The primary goal of a retention line is to prevent customer churn (i.e., customers leaving the company)
  • Addressing Customer Concerns: They handle customer complaints, service issues, and billing problems
  • Offering Incentives: They may offer discounts, special promotions, or upgraded services to persuade customers to stay
  • Building Customer Loyalty: They aim to create positive customer experiences and strengthen customer relationships
