Job Responsibility

  • Support Retailer network on warranty pertaining to all policies, goodwill, warranty systems, consumer application, & update of local database AS400
  • Responsible for identifying & updating all Retailer facing warranty information
  • Provide Retailer & customer support for service relevant topics
  • Responsible for warranty support systems
  • Cross functional support for appeals
  • Process claims BSI and Technical Campaigns
  • Provide guidance to Retailer network on warranty policies, systems, application errors, foreign country service/ repair reconciliation
  • Responsible for vehicle status updates (Written off, imported, and vehicle manipulations)

Requirements

  • College or University diploma/degree
  • Strong Current Automotive background
  • Previous warranty experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Reynolds & Reynolds operating system
  • Strong reporting and data collection skills
  • Bilingual English/French would be an asset
