As Retail Visual Merchandising & Marketing Coordinator – Europe, you are responsible for shaping and delivering best-in-class in-store experiences across all European G-STAR retail channels, including Full Price and Outlet stores. You own the creation, implementation, and continuous optimization of channel-specific Visual Merchandising (VM) and retail marketing guidelines, ensuring that new product drops, marketing campaigns, and sales moments are translated into strong, consistent, and commercially effective in-store and window executions. Working closely with Buying, Brand, Retail Operations, and regional teams, you play a key role in driving brand consistency, commercial performance, and execution excellence across the European retail landscape.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement channel-specific VM guidelines for Full Price and Outlet stores
  • Translate new product drops, marketing campaigns, and sales moments into clear VM and window concepts
  • Own in-store visuals and window execution, ensuring strong brand expression and commercial impact
  • Ensure consistent VM execution across Europe while allowing for local relevance
  • Ensure full visibility and alignment on the Full Price store marketing calendar
  • Own and manage the Outlet marketing calendar, driving execution in Outlet stores and on outlet center websites
  • Coordinate seasonal retail marketing moments, campaigns, and promotional activity across channels
  • Ensure timely roll-out and high-quality execution across all European markets
  • Define and set store capacities and product depth in close collaboration with Buying and Retail teams
  • Ensure VM setups support optimal product visibility, storytelling, and sell-through
  • Analyze and report on sell-through, performance, and effectiveness of VM setups
  • Translate performance insights into actionable improvements for future VM guidelines and executions
  • Set up and own a structured weekly feedback process on in-store execution
  • Collect and review store VM pictures across Full Price and Outlet channels
  • Ensure strong execution quality and guideline adherence across stores
  • Provide clear, constructive feedback to regions and stores to continuously elevate VM standards
  • Set up and deliver regular VM training sessions for store VM responsibles
  • Support and coach local teams to strengthen VM capabilities and execution consistency
  • Act as a key VM knowledge partner for European retail teams
  • Take part in all-channel trade meetings, representing Retail Marketing and VM
  • Work closely with Buying teams to align product focus, depth, and flow with VM direction
  • Partner with Brand teams to translate global brand strategy into retail execution
  • Collaborate closely with Retail Operations to ensure feasibility, clarity, and operational excellence

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in Visual Merchandising and/or Retail Marketing, preferably within fashion or lifestyle retail
  • Strong experience working across multiple retail channels, especially Full Price and Outlet
  • Proven ability to create clear VM guidelines and drive execution at scale
  • Strong commercial mindset, with experience analyzing sell-through and VM performance
  • Confident communicator and trainer, comfortable working with international and regional teams
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)
