Job Description:

Joining TUI’s Retail Team as a Travel Advisor in the Wisbech store involves recommending and selling holidays, cruises, UK breaks, and additional products while creating unforgettable holiday experiences for customers.

Job Responsibility:

Inspire our customers and colleagues using your passion
Exceed your sales objectives ('Smashing your Targets')
Embrace change and rise to the challenges of a customer-engaged role both face-to-face and virtually
Actively investigate and resolve any question or complaint if things don’t go to plan
Receive training on various systems to enhance your knowledge and bring memorable holidays to life for customers.

Requirements:

Excellent customer service skills with a genuine passion to go above and beyond
A strong dedication to achieve goals and sales targets
Able to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and bounce back from challenges
Ability to embrace change and adapt to new ways of working
A team player who engages and collaborates with our customers and colleagues
An organised individual who takes pride in their work and communicates effectively
Able to work a varied shift pattern each week in-line with shop opening and closing times.
