Job Description:

As a Retail Travel Advisor at TUI in Sutton Coldfield, you will recommend and sell holidays, cruises, UK Breaks, and additional products, creating unforgettable holiday experiences for customers. The role involves hitting sales targets, handling customer complaints, and adapting to new systems and technology. You will enjoy varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Job Responsibility:

Use your passion to inspire our customers and colleagues whilst enjoying a great amount of fun
Exceed sales objectives, referred to as ‘Smashing your Targets’
Embrace change and rise to the challenges of a customer-engaged role both face-to-face and virtually
Actively investigate and resolve any question or complaint if things don’t go to plan
Enhance knowledge and bring memorable holidays to life for customers through training on various systems.

Requirements:

Excellent customer service skills with a genuine passion to go above and beyond
A strong dedication to achieve goals and sales targets
Able to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and bounce back from challenges
Ability to embrace change and adapt to new ways of working
A team player who engages and collaborates with our customers and colleagues
An organised individual who takes pride in their work and communicates effectively
Able to work a varied shift pattern each week in-line with shop opening and closing times.
