Job Description:

As a Retail Travel Advisor at TUI, you will recommend and sell holidays, cruises, UK Breaks, and additional products in the Norwich store. You will create unforgettable holiday experiences, be part of a dedicated retail team delivering exceptional customer service, and handle a variety of responsibilities including sales, customer engagement, problem resolution, and system training.

Job Responsibility:

Use your passion to inspire our customers and colleagues whilst enjoying a great amount of fun
your drive to achieve will lead you to exceed your sales objectives
embrace change and rise to the challenges of a customer engaged role both face to face and virtually
confidently investigate and resolve any question or complaint
utilize training on a variety of systems to enhance knowledge and bring memorable holidays to life for our customers.
