Chemist Warehouse is seeking a highly organised and proactive Retail Training Coordinator to support the delivery of retail sales and training initiatives across our store network. Working closely with the Retail Sales Officer, Retail Training Manager, suppliers, and stores, this role plays a key part in driving in-store activity, sales performance, and supplier engagement.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and support national retail sales activities and initiatives
Provide administrative support to the Retail Sales team
Work with suppliers to plan and execute in-store sales, incentive, and ambassador programs
Coordinate clear and timely communications to stores, including catalogues, promotions, and Retail Academy App updates
Run and distribute reports relating to in-store activity and training engagement
Support the coordination and delivery of retail training events
Requirements:
Experience in retail, sales coordination, or administration
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Confident working with data, reporting, and digital platforms
A proactive, “can-do” attitude and strong attention to detail
