Job Description:

Greens of Kilbarchan is looking for a motivated and responsible Retail Team Leader to join our friendly local team. You will play a key role in driving sales, maintaining high store standards, and supporting our team to deliver exceptional service to the Kilbarchan community.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the management team by running shifts effectively and motivating your colleagues
  • Delivering excellent customer experience
  • Creating a positive working environment
  • Prioritising workload to ensure store standards are exceptional and motivating the team to ensure tasks are completed
  • Building strong links with the local community and participating in local initiatives
  • Ensuring a clean, swift, and efficient operation, complying with all Health & Safety regulations and operational procedures

Requirements:

  • Essential Food Retail Experience
  • Supervisory Experience is preferred, but we value leadership potential and provide full coaching
  • A positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and a genuine passion for retail
  • Applicants must be 18 years of age or older due to the requirement to sell age-restricted products, including tobacco and alcohol
  • This role requires flexible shift availability for a variety of shifts
