We’re seeking a passionate Retail Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Talent team! If you’re a current Store Manager, retail leader, or someone with strong retail experience who loves connecting with people and spotting talent, this is the perfect next step. You’ll stay closely connected to our vibrant store teams while partnering to drive recruitment growth across Australia and New Zealand. Working alongside our Field Operations team, you’ll partner to manage recruitment for store leadership and team member roles - helping us find talented individuals who embody the Lovisa culture.

Job Responsibility:

  • Partnering with Field Managers to understand hiring needs and source top talent across Australia and New Zealand
  • Advertising vacancies, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews
  • Delivering an exceptional candidate experience from application through onboarding
  • Building strong relationships with store teams and retail operations
  • Supporting proactive recruitment campaigns and talent pooling initiatives

Requirements:

  • Previous retail experience highly valued
  • Experience in retail recruitment or talent acquisition
  • A genuine passion for people, recruitment, and building strong team cultures
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organised with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
  • Comfortable travelling and working closely with store teams in a field-based role
  • Availability to work Monday–Friday at our Hawthorn Melbourne Support Centre with travel for field recruitment and open interviews as required
