We are recruiting a Retail Supply Coordinator to join our Rapport team in one of our Client’s offices near Battersea Power Station. You will play a crucial role in coordinating and supporting with the execution of various projects in a fast-paced, and sometimes intense, working environment. Our Client is one of the largest tech companies in the world. This is a great opportunity for someone with passion for Procurement and Supply Chain logistics, to work independently, and as part of a large, cross-functional team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting the management of commercial and contractual relationships with Retail Supply product and service providers
  • Managing vendors, including sourcing, logistics, pricing and participating in strategic business reviews
  • Executing established supply kitting processes for new venue openings and remodels
  • Managing product lifecycle from launch to end-of-life disposition
  • Analysing current processes and procedures to continually seek new efficiencies and cost savings
  • Engaging with retail store teams to coordinate operational requirements through direct and indirect forms of communication

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of Supply Chain/Procurement Project management experience
  • BA/BS degree (required)
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Outgoing personality and ability to easily build rapport with key stakeholders
  • Creative, process and result-driven, resourceful with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to multitask and efficiently solve problems
