Our client, a fast-growing, multi-million turnover FMCG group, is looking for an influential Retail Supply Chain Director to join their team.

Job Responsibility:

Responsible for a number of brands across beauty and FMCG

Requirements:

  • Commercially minded with strong operational and compliance experience
  • Strong experience with manufacturers based in China
  • Preferably have experience within a multi-million turnover retail business
  • End-to-end supply chain experience within retail
  • Mandarin speaker is a massive advantage

  • Manage inventory levels to ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time, using advanced forecasting and replenishment tools
  • Execute and monitor purchase orders

  • Balance inventory turnover goals with profitability targets
  • Optimize the trade-off between high fill rates and high inventory turns
