Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Retail Supervisor -IGA to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks. Job Responsibility:

  • Optimising division's efficiency and financial performance by providing objective assessments and advice
  • Ensuring customer service standards are met and customers are served in friendly and efficient manner
  • Showcase amazing customer service skills
  • Assist in supervising retail team to provide best customer experience to guests

Requirements:

  • Customer central and experienced Retail Supervisor
  • Manage day-to-day operations of relevant department
  • Control level of and reason for out of stocks within grocery department
  • Oversee effective presentation within grocery department in alignment with Voyages and IGA compliance standards
  • Ensure relevant offer available is current, including selection of new lines sourced from Metcash Distribution and direct suppliers
  • Set example of professional behaviours, including presentation and conduct, for all team members to follow
  • National Criminal History Check is a mandatory step in recruitment process
