We have an EXCITING opportunity at THE Jay Jays store. We're on the look out for an experienced retail leader to join our Chadstone team, who is ready to represent our brand in an authentic, fun, fast paced environment! As the Manager of Jay Jays, you'll inspire your experienced top-notch team members to deliver awesome customer interactions while hitting sales goals and keeping the vibe fresh working in the most engaging retailer in the most ICONIC shopping centre in Melbourne. This role offers great long term career development potential with high visibility in the overall brand direction for Jay Jays whilst working closely with the General Manager and Senior Regional Manager of Victoria and collaboratively with the other Myer Group - Apparel Brands within the centre to ensure we're delivering what our customer wants - and developing great succession plans within our multi-tiered leadership structure for long term growth. This is a Full Time role with availability needed for weekends, late-night shifts, and public holidays. We also have multiple Roster options available to suit the lifestyle of any true retailer!

Requirements

Proven leadership experience in retail, with a track record of driving sales

Strong visual merchandising experience and the ability to work from briefs
