As a leading fashion brand, Portmans Burnside is seeking a chic and polished Store Manager with a flair for styling and a passion for delivering exceptional 1:1 customer service. You will lead and inspire your team to create a stylish, personalised, and welcoming shopping experience. This is a Full Time position that requires availability over weekends, late-night trading, and public holidays.
Job Responsibility:
Lead your team to achieve sales targets while delivering personalised styling and exceptional one-on-one customer service
Coach and develop your team, manage stock, and maintain visually inspiring displays that reflect the brand’s fashion-forward identity
Efficiently roster to ensure the store runs smoothly and achieves results based on productivity
Create a safe, inclusive, and positive work environment for both team members and customers
Requirements:
Proven fashion retail management experience with a track record in driving sales and KPIs
Expertise in managing stock levels and minimising stock loss
Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and succession planning
Skilled in managing rosters within budgeted hours
Enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service and styling advice
