Join the Dotti team as Store Manager at our Carousel store! We're on the lookout for a fun and fashion-savvy leader who's all about creating a playful, customer-focused atmosphere while hitting sales targets. Job Responsibility

  • Lead your team to achieve sales goals and smash KPIs while keeping the store upbeat and customer-centric
  • Train, coach and develop your team to help them reach their full potential
  • Manage stock, minimise loss and maximise your store's sales opportunities
  • Maintain store standards with visual merchandising that inspires and excites
  • Create a fun, safe and inclusive environment for both your team and customers
  • Manage the store roster to align with trading hours and sales goals

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in retail, ideally with a fashion focus
  • A passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Ability to drive sales and achieve KPIs while managing operational costs
  • Strong visual merchandising experience and an eye for detail
  • A positive, energetic attitude and a passion for coaching a team
