Jay Jays has an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to join the squad as Store Manager at our South Wharf DFO store! This is a high-profile, high-trading location and a key store within both the brand and the wider group. We are looking for a strong commercial leader with proven experience managing high stock volumes, large sales turnover, and a fast-paced retail environment. As the captain of your crew, you'll inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving strong sales results and maintaining operational excellence. This is a full-time position with availability required for weekends, late-night trade, and public holidays.
Job Responsibility:
Lead your team to smash sales targets and deliver strong KPI results
Manage a high-volume store environment with a strong focus on stock control, loss prevention, and operational efficiency
Train, coach, and develop your team to unlock their full potential and build future leaders
Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards and execute promotional updates
Create a positive, safe, and high-performing store culture for both team and customers
Manage rostering to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time

Requirements:
Proven Store Management experience within a high-volume retail environment
Strong experience managing large stock volumes and high sales turnover locations
A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving commercial results
Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
Strong visual merchandising capability and the ability to execute from briefs
A proactive, hands-on leadership style with a strong focus on people development
