Managing Partners control the day-to-day operations of their store, including but not limited to the direction of store operations, finances, hiring, budgeting, supply place, and generating new business. Our Managing Partners are ultimately responsible for achieving bottom line profit quota goals.
Job Responsibility:
Achieve store’s bottom line profit quota
Manage store financials and hit quotas on all KPI’s
Drive Sales in all sales channels
Assure training, development, and performance of team
Recruit and recommend qualified employees
Provide product feedback to management
Consult on team strategy development
Liaise with regions for communication
Consult to design and streamline processes
Keep up-to-date on external best practices
Ensure a safe environment for employees, customers and vendors
Take inventory counts and maintain stock levels
Ensure proper store signage
Ensure compliance with company policies
Identify cost-saving opportunities
Serve as primary link between team’s staff and leadership
Ensure involvement in Community by joining local Chambers and participating in events
Requirements:
Strong leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment
Excellent organization skills
Strong written and verbal skills
Must have reliable transportation
Must be willing to work in a team, as well as independently
Sense of urgency and follow through are essential
Prior work experience in a retail environment and prior management experience
Retail Sales experience 3 year (Required)
Retail Math experience 3 year (Required)
