Job Description:

This role manages all operations of a retail store to ensure effective customer engagement and business performance. It involves leading the store team through hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching to maintain operational standards. The role requires oversight of sales, inventory, marketing, loss prevention, and labor controls to drive store success. Success is measured by meeting sales goals, maintaining operational efficiency, and achieving key performance indicators. The work impacts the organization by fostering customer satisfaction and supporting employee development within the retail environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead hiring, training, and scheduling to build a capable retail team and maintain labor controls
  • Manage store operations including sales tracking, inventory control, marketing, and loss prevention
  • Coach and develop employees through feedback and training to enhance customer interactions and performance
  • Address customer issues to improve experience and align with brand expectations
  • Monitor store environment to ensure cleanliness, organization, and operational excellence
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 2-4 years Management experience in retail sales (Preferred)
