Job Responsibility:
Lead hiring, training, and scheduling to build a capable retail team and maintain labor controls
Manage store operations including sales tracking, inventory control, marketing, and loss prevention
Coach and develop employees through feedback and training to enhance customer interactions and performance
Address customer issues to improve experience and align with brand expectations
Monitor store environment to ensure cleanliness, organization, and operational excellence
Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED (Required)
2-4 years Management experience in retail sales (Preferred)
2-4 years Sales & sales management experience (Preferred)
