The store offering will vary depending on the location.

  • Apply home furnishing expertise to ensure they consistently reflect and strengthen IKEA across all functional media, including room settings, homes, vignettes, and sales support areas
  • Maintain awareness of the Showroom matrix to ensure a diverse mix of styles, living situations, and price levels that create a dynamic visual tempo and distinct impressions
  • Leverage visual merchandising expertise to enhance the distinctiveness of the IKEA identity through impactful store layout, compelling range presentations, and vibrant in-store vitality
  • Drive business growth by executing the store action plan and collaborating across functions for long-term success
  • Apply local insights to create inspiring, affordable presentations that reflect diverse styles and exceed expectations
  • Prioritize visitor experience by minimizing disruption, maintaining safety, and ensuring strong visual impact while working on the shop floor
  • Follow established routines and responsibilities, collaborate across functions, act swiftly to seize commercial opportunities, and stay mindful of how actions influence financial outcomes
