Job Description:

Retail Store Associates at CVS Health provide meaningful customer service and support, ensuring operational excellence and fostering health-focused solutions for communities.

Job Responsibility:

Providing differentiated customer service
anticipating customer needs and resolving potential service issues
accurately performing cashier duties
maintaining the sales floor
supporting opening and closing store activities
assisting pharmacy personnel

Requirements:

At least 16 years of age
remaining upright on the feet for sustained periods
lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs occasionally
having close visual acuity for computer terminal use and other tasks

Nice to have:

Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
high school diploma or equivalent
