Job Description:

Retail Store Associates at CVS Health play a meaningful role in transforming health care for people, businesses, and communities. With talents and expertise, they focus on providing excellent customer service, demonstrating compassion, resolving potential issues, and ensuring the store operates efficiently.

Job Responsibility:

Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs, demonstrating compassion and care in all interactions
Focusing on the customer by giving a warm and friendly greeting, maintaining eye contact and offering help
Accurately performing cashier duties including handling cash, checks and credit card transactions
Maintaining the sales floor through restocking shelves and updating pricing information
Supporting opening and closing store activities
Providing customer support to all departments, including photo and beauty
Assisting pharmacy personnel and working regular shifts in the pharmacy
Advocating for new CVS services and loyalty programs

Requirements:

At least 16 years of age
Remaining upright on the feet, particularly for sustained periods of time
Lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs of force frequently
Visual Acuity for activities such as viewing a computer terminal, reading, visual inspection involving small parts/details

Nice to have:

Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
