Job Description:

A job at IKEA involves contributing to a better everyday life for the many by assisting customers, maintaining store standards, ensuring inventory accuracy, and providing exceptional service in areas such as transactions, handouts, returns, and exchanges.

Job Responsibility:

Actively approach customers requiring additional help identify their needs and advise them on the best solutions for their homes
keep area of responsibility clean, tidy, priced and fully stocked
convey passion about IKEA products and actively learn about their features and benefits
build furniture as needed for various purposes
receive inbound goods and ensure inventory accuracy at the point of receiving
flow product to final selling location
process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
provide customers with a simple and efficient Full Serve Hand Out experience
provide the customer with a simple and smooth returns and exchange experience.

Requirements:

1 year of retail experience, preferably in the home furnishing sector
experience in actively selling through understanding customers and their needs.
