Job Description:

Retail Store Associates play a meaningful role in shaping the future of healthcare at CVS Health, helping customers and supporting operations in a high-impact retail environment.

Job Responsibility:

Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving potential service issues
Giving a warm and friendly greeting to customers
Accurately performing cashier duties, including handling cash, checks, and credit cards
Maintaining the sales floor, restocking shelves, and updating inventory/pricing
Supporting opening and closing store activities
Providing customer support to all departments, including photo and beauty sections
Assisting pharmacy personnel
Advocating for CVS services and loyalty programs

Requirements:

At least 16 years of age
Remaining upright on the feet for sustained periods of time
Lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and negligible amounts regularly
Visual acuity to perform tasks like viewing a computer terminal and reading
Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting

Nice to have:

High School diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in retail or customer service
