Job Description:

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and dynamic Retail Store Assistant Manager to play a key role in our Retail team at the Royal Armouries Museum in Leeds. You will be passionate about retail in a museum environment and support the Retail Store Manager with the day to day operations as well as managing a customer facing, sales driven team. You will provide a range of administrative support, will also be expected to maintain up to date accurate information on computerised records and systems to produce reports and documents in line with corporate commercial standards. The successful candidate will support the fulfillment and customer service for the e-commerce retail business. You will be an energetic individual who strives at every opportunity to delight customers by surpassing their expectations and deliver excellent customer care. You will deliver the best standard of service, expected from a national museum. We are looking for a proactive person, who can advise and support the head office functionality, working as part of the team to achieve the department’s sales targets. Attention to detail is also essential.

Job Responsibility:
