As our Stock Manager, you will be the engine room of the store, creating efficiency, precision and seamless product flow behind the scenes. You will own all things inventory, ensuring the stockroom is organized, accurate and operating like a well-oiled machine. Working closely with the General Manager, you’ll lead our Stock Associates in delivering flawless execution so the sales floor always has what it needs, when it needs it.
Job Responsibility:
Own the full lifecycle of stock, including end-to-end inventory movement from receiving to processing, replenishment, pullback and e-comm return processes
ensure all touch points support accuracy and efficiency
Lead RFID operations to ensure accurate RFID tagging, cycle counting, transferring and inventory reporting
Lead the execution of all back-of-house operations, including shipment processing, product flow, stockroom organization, and visual readiness
Drive inventory accuracy and shrink prevention
Partner with Team Leaders to ensure sales floor needs are met through timely replenishment and merchandising execution
Maintain a clean, organized and well run stockroom that meets company standards and supports operational flow
Train, develop and coach the stock team to uphold Princess Polly’s brand and operational expectations
Support floor productivity by ensuring accurate on-hand availability, clear processes, and accountability within the back-of-house team
Lead seasonal and promotional readiness through inventory prep, product launches and special events
Partner cross functionally with Team Leaders, including the Visual Manager and HQ Operations on inventory needs, launches and new processes
Step into salesfloor support as needed during high traffic periods to ensure an exceptional customer experience
Requirements:
You have experience with RFID technology, including RFID scanners, cycle counts, tagging workflows and interpreting RFID reporting for operational decision making
High school diploma or equivalent required
some college coursework preferred
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
A clear communicator with excellent leadership capability
Able to motivate and inspire associates to meet expectations and deliver operational excellence
A hands on team player who thrives in fast-paced environments
Able to lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
Flexible availability, including shifts beginning up to 3 hours before open or ending up to 3 hours after close
