Four Seasons Resort Hualālai is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Stock Coordinator to support our Retail operations. This position plays a vital role in ensuring accurate inventory flow, timely distribution of merchandise, and adherence to Four Seasons standards while working closely with retail teams and receiving partners.
Job Responsibility:
Receive, ticket, and accurately enter merchandise into inventory systems
Organize, prepare, and distribute merchandise and supplies to resort retail outlets
Accept and process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper handling
Complete receiving documentation including coding, scanning, and filing
Deliver merchandise, operational supplies, and backstock throughout the resort
Pick up outgoing shipments and designated items from retail locations
Fulfill merchandise and supply requests for retail outlets
Assist with physical inventories and inventory counts
Maintain organized stock rooms, back-of-house areas, and receiving spaces
Support retail store operations as needed
Follow Four Seasons safety, grooming, and operational standards
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
One to three years of retail or inventory/receiving experience preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
Basic computer proficiency and comfort using inventory systems
Reliable, accountable work ethic with attention to detail
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs and work in a warehouse/receiving environment
Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays
