Job Description:

Four Seasons Resort Hualālai is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Stock Coordinator to support our Retail operations. This position plays a vital role in ensuring accurate inventory flow, timely distribution of merchandise, and adherence to Four Seasons standards while working closely with retail teams and receiving partners.

Job Responsibility:

  • Receive, ticket, and accurately enter merchandise into inventory systems
  • Organize, prepare, and distribute merchandise and supplies to resort retail outlets
  • Accept and process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper handling
  • Complete receiving documentation including coding, scanning, and filing
  • Deliver merchandise, operational supplies, and backstock throughout the resort
  • Pick up outgoing shipments and designated items from retail locations
  • Fulfill merchandise and supply requests for retail outlets
  • Assist with physical inventories and inventory counts
  • Maintain organized stock rooms, back-of-house areas, and receiving spaces
  • Support retail store operations as needed
  • Follow Four Seasons safety, grooming, and operational standards

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One to three years of retail or inventory/receiving experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
  • Basic computer proficiency and comfort using inventory systems
  • Reliable, accountable work ethic with attention to detail
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs and work in a warehouse/receiving environment
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
