Job Responsibility

Play an integral role within our retail store team, working collaboratively with our store manager to achieve sales, an outstanding end to end customer experience and operational excellence
Lead and inspire the team to be their best, supporting with all aspects of people management from recruitment and on-boarding to training and performance reviews
Lead from the front through the delivery of an elevated styling experience through customer styling sessions
Drive high standards of visual merchandising to ensure the showroom always looks its best, applying commercial knowledge and insights to make positive changes
Support with all aspects of Store Operations
