Épicerie Boulud is hiring a full time Cashier/Barista/Retail Specialist. Must have weekend availability as well as be able to work the Friday closing shift. Épicerie Boulud is Chef Daniel’s eat-in/take-out casual market that offers fresh baked breads and a selection of artisanal cheeses alongside homemade soups, salads, sandwiches, cookies, pastries, and more. The Épicerie is an all-day market serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner items as well as beer and wine. The Retail Specialist position will at different times be responsible for working the cashier, preparing coffee & tea orders, taking orders and preparing sandwiches and other hot food orders, all while ensuring an excellent guest experience and maintaining store cleanliness. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast paced, high volume environment and has prior retail, barista and/or food service experience. He/She should always exemplify the highest standards of excellence in hospitality, cleanliness, and guest service.
