Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Retail Solution Architect to assist our existing clients in identifying and solving their challenges. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in implementing transformation projects and will play a crucial role in our retail business growth. This role requires an excellent understanding of Agile methodologies and a strong commitment to ensuring successful business outcomes for our clients.

Job Responsibility:

Drive Partner-Led Growth, Incremental Growth, and Delivery-Led Growth strategies
Play a key role in Sales and Growth by leading Presales activities, managing RFP submissions, and developing long-term strategies to foster business expansion
Drive the design and implementation of innovative retail strategies, leveraging cutting-edge digital, cloud, and AI technologies in areas such as supply chain (with a focus on inventory management, logistics, order management & procurement), omnichannel commerce, customer experience platforms, and smart retail innovations
Collaborate closely with retail, fashion industry, distribution, apparels, and consumer goods clients to understand their business needs, identify problems, and propose effective comprehensive solutions (including blueprints & design specifications), lead the implementation of transformation projects by providing architectural guidance & oversight throughout the project lifecycle from initial concept to delivering successful engagement outcomes

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science
15+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on solution architecture and transformation
Proven experience in the retail industry, with a deep understanding of retail business processes and technologies
A strategic mindset with the ability to identify emerging trends in retail and translate them into actionable opportunities for clients
Demonstrated ability to lead complex transformation solutions from concept to delivery
Experience in designing and implementing solutions such as cloud platforms, retail enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems including supply chain solutions, data analytics, Point of Sale (POS), payments solutions, and digital platforms (e.g. eCommerce, Order Management)
Experience working with software platforms that support Buyers, planners and Merchandisers
Deep understanding of cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trends, within the Retail industry
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders
