Retail Services Representative

• Actively deliver our World Class products and services as per business objectives
• Help with key activities to increase Retail sales
• Assist with the customer experience through information and advice

• Three (3) A’ Level passes including Business or a Diploma / Associate’s Degree in Business with at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• At least 5 CXC passes of Grades I, II or III including Mathematics and English along with 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of Retail, Sales and Customer Service processes and best practices
• High level of interpersonal and communication skills
• Sound Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Point of sales systems
• Passion for excellence with a “can do” attitude along with an “eye for colour”
• Innovative & Customer focused with an interest in interior design
• Possess a valid driver’s license and a vehicle

Knowledge and experience of working in the Paint industry would be an asset
