The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in areas of sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. This position will also assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibility
Support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in areas of sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations
Assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager
Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service
Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom
Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy
Ensure buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders are processed in a timely manner
Ensure special orders and outside purchases are handled efficiently
Ensure retail customer returns and exchanges are processed
Ensure all merchandise is invoiced before product leaves the store
Ensure that Zipline messages are communicated and tasks are delegated
Ensure team members are adhering to the posted work schedule
Perform all store opening/closing duties
Requirements
Strong communication skills
Ability to obtain RSS Certification
Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts (Desired)
Automotive systems and repair knowledge (Desired)
ASE Certification (Desired)
Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired) (Desired)
