Retail Sales Specialist

• Optimize sales and maintain profitability by guiding customers toward high-priority and best-selling products
• Build customer relationships to understand their needs and ensure a positive shopping experience
• Leverage expertise in IKEA's multi-channel retail offerings
• Utilize fundamental measurement and construction techniques
• Keep the area of responsibility clean, tidy, priced and fully stocked
• Expand knowledge of IKEA products features and benefits
• Understand the store and department action plans

• Analyze and adjust sales space capacities
• Support the implementation and upkeep of planned and commercial activities

• High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent
• 2 years' relevant work experience
• Experience in retail, preferably in the home furnishing sector
• Experience in actively selling through understanding customers and their needs
