Job Responsibility:

Ensure first quality standards for all merchandise
Communicate daily sales goals
Observe individual team member performance and enforce action plans for improvement
Assist in building a strong bench and talent pipeline
Ensure store is staffed to achieve staffing goals
Fill open positions within 30 days
Requirements:
High School Diploma or degree
Two-four years prior retail management experience in an apparel or specialty store environment
Prior experience with a computerized POS system
