Job Responsibility:

  • Ensuring that the flow of inbound customers flows quickly and efficiently while maintaining delightful levels of service
  • Answering sales queries and selling the Hypervolt Product line
  • Monitoring sales enquiries through web chat, calls and emails
  • Guide customers through the sales process
  • Efficiently manage your own inbound sales pipeline
  • Maintaining a high call rate
  • Successfully following up with both customers and installers once a lead has been passed through to completion of installation

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the EV charging or related industry
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, flawless English is a must, regardless of background
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
