Job Responsibility:
Ensuring that the flow of inbound customers flows quickly and efficiently while maintaining delightful levels of service
Answering sales queries and selling the Hypervolt Product line
Monitoring sales enquiries through web chat, calls and emails
Guide customers through the sales process
Efficiently manage your own inbound sales pipeline
Maintaining a high call rate
Successfully following up with both customers and installers once a lead has been passed through to completion of installation
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the EV charging or related industry
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, flawless English is a must, regardless of background
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
