As a Retail Sales Consultant at ELEMIS, you’ll drive retail performance through exceptional client engagement, expert product knowledge, and a highly personalised, consultative approach. Using your skincare expertise and ELEMIS consultation tools, you’ll confidently guide clients to the right products and routines for their individual needs. Use consultation expertise and technology
Carry out in-depth skincare consultations, including HD skin scans
Assess skin concerns and recommend tailored skincare routines
Use insights to build trust and support confident purchasing decisions
Follow up with clients to review results and maintain engagement
Champion product knowledge and brand standards
Maintain strong knowledge of ELEMIS products, ingredients, and routines
Stay up to date with new launches, innovations, and trends
Represent the brand with professionalism, credibility, and enthusiasm
