Job Description:

As a Retail Sales Consultant at Telstra Coomera, you will provide outstanding customer service, achieve sales targets, and grow in a tech-driven environment while receiving continuous training and benefits.

Job Responsibility:

Provide an exceptional in-store customer journey
collaborate with team members to empower customers by identifying products and services
showcase knowledge and progressive sales approach
support and provide solutions for customers

Requirements:

Experience in a customer-facing role
ability to easily build a connection with a variety of new and existing customers
ability to quickly develop customised solutions for customers
drive to reach (and exceed) sales targets and KPIs
hunger to learn and grow within the role (and beyond)
love for being in a fast-paced, busy retail environment, where you can spin plates, while still providing excellent customer service
