Job Responsibility:

Provide exceptional in-store customer service
Showcase and maintain up-to-date knowledge of cutting-edge tech and gadgets
Develop customized solutions for customers' telecommunications needs
Drive and achieve sales targets and KPIs
Collaborate with team members to improve customer experiences

Requirements:

Experience in a customer-facing role
Ability to build connections easily with new and existing customers
Ability to develop customised solutions for customers
Drive to reach and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Capability to work in a fast-paced, busy retail environment while providing excellent customer service
Willingness to learn and grow within the role
