Job Description:

Telstra is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Consultant to join the North Lakes store. The role involves providing outstanding customer service, achieving sales targets, and empowering customers to enhance their telecommunications experience. Continuous training and a variety of benefits are offered to support growth in a target-driven environment.

Job Responsibility:

Providing an exceptional in-store customer journey
empowering customers by identifying products and services they need
learning and showcasing latest cutting-edge tech and gadgets
supporting and providing solutions for customers

Requirements:

Experience in a customer-facing role
ability to quickly develop customised solutions for customers
drive to reach and exceed sales targets and KPIs
hunger to learn and grow within the role
enjoying fast-paced, busy retail environments while providing excellent customer service
