Job Description:

At Telstra's Chatswood Chase store, this role focuses on providing outstanding customer service while guiding customers through Telstra’s products and services. It offers numerous benefits, continuous training, and growth opportunities within a market-leading company.

Job Responsibility:

Providing an exceptional in-store customer journey
showcasing knowledge on the latest cutting-edge tech and gadgets
supporting and providing solutions for customers
reaching sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

Experience in a customer-facing role
ability to easily build a connection with a variety of new and existing customers
ability to quickly develop customised solutions for customers
drive to reach (and exceed) sales targets and KPIs
hunger to learn and grow within the role (and beyond)
love for being in a fast-paced, busy retail environment while providing excellent customer service.
