Job Description:

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you're responsible for delighting Telstra’s customers through outstanding customer service. You'll work in a target-driven environment, staying updated on the latest tech and gadgets, helping customers get connected faster, better, and smarter.

Job Responsibility:

Providing an exceptional in-store customer journey
identifying the products and services customers need to transform their telecommunications experience
supporting and providing solutions for customers
achieving sales targets and KPIs
staying informed on the latest tech and gadgets

Requirements:

Experience in a customer-facing role
ability to easily build a connection with a variety of new and existing customers
capacity to quickly develop customised solutions for customers
drive to reach (and exceed) sales targets and KPIs
interest in learning and growing within the role (and beyond)
enjoyment of a fast-paced, busy retail environment while providing excellent customer service
