As a Retail Sales Consultant, you are passionate about delighting Telstra’s customers through outstanding customer service while showcasing your knowledge of cutting-edge tech and gadgets. Job Responsibility:

Provide an exceptional in-store customer journey
showcase knowledge of cutting-edge tech and gadgets
use a consultative sales approach to support and provide solutions for customers.

Requirements:

Experience in a customer-facing role
ability to easily build a connection with a variety of new and existing customers
ability to quickly develop customised solutions for customers
drive to reach (and exceed) sales targets and KPIs
hunger to learn and grow within the role (and beyond)
love for a fast-paced, busy retail environment.
