Telstra is hiring Retail Consultants to join the Morayfield store on a part-time basis. As a Retail Consultant, your role involves delighting customers by offering exceptional in-store service, staying up-to-date with the latest tech, and driving sales in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibility:

Provide in-store customer service
showcase knowledge of the latest tech and gadgets
support and provide solutions for customers
reach sales targets and KPIs
collaborate with team members

Requirements:

Experience in a customer-facing role
ability to easily build connections with a variety of new and existing customers
ability to quickly develop customised solutions for customers
drive to reach and exceed sales targets and KPIs
hunger to learn and grow within the role
love for being in a fast-paced, busy retail environment while still providing excellent customer service
