Job Description:

As a Retail Sales Consultant at Telstra, you are passionate about delighting customers through outstanding customer service. You achieve this by providing an exceptional in-store customer journey and empowering customers by identifying the products and services they need. This role involves working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, dealing with the latest tech and gadgets, and building meaningful customer relationships.

Job Responsibility:

Providing an exceptional in-store customer journey
showcasing knowledge of the latest tech and gadgets
supporting and providing solutions for customers
achieving sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

Experience in a customer-facing role
ability to easily build a connection with a variety of new and existing customers
ability to quickly develop customised solutions for customers
drive to reach (and exceed) sales targets and KPIs
hunger to learn and grow within the role (and beyond)
enjoyment of being in a fast-paced, busy retail environment, where you can multitask while providing excellent customer service
