Job Description:

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you are passionate about delighting Telstra’s customers through outstanding customer service. You achieve this by providing an exceptional in-store customer journey and through your collaborative approach you empower customers by identifying the products and services they need to transform their telecommunications experience.

Job Responsibility:

Providing exceptional in-store customer journeys
showcasing sales skills and consultative service
supporting and providing solutions for customers
staying trained on cutting-edge tech and gadgets
working in a team-driven environment

Requirements:

Experience in a customer-facing role
ability to build connections with new and existing customers
ability to develop customized solutions for customers
drive to reach and exceed sales targets and KPIs
ability to learn and grow within the role
ability to work in a fast-paced, busy retail environment while providing excellent customer service
