Job Description:

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you are passionate about delighting Telstra’s customers through outstanding customer service. You achieve this by providing an exceptional in-store customer journey, and through your collaborative approach you empower customers by identifying the products and services they need to transform their telecommunications experience.

Job Responsibility:

Provide an exceptional in-store customer journey
Empower customers by identifying the products and services they need
Support and provide solutions for customers through a progressive sales approach and consultative service.

Requirements:

Experience in a customer-facing role
Ability to easily build a connection with a variety of new and existing customers
Ability to quickly develop customised solutions for customers
Drive to reach (and exceed) sales targets and KPIs
Hunger to learn and grow within the role (and beyond)
Love for being in a fast-paced, busy retail environment, where you can multitask while providing excellent customer service.
