Job Description:

Telstra is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to join their Whitfords store. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, empowering customers with solutions, achieving sales targets, and working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Job Responsibility:

Providing an exceptional in-store customer journey
Empowering customers by identifying the products and services they need to transform their telecommunications experience
Supporting and providing solutions for customers
Continuously acquiring knowledge about the latest cutting-edge tech and gadgets
Achieving sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

You have experience in a customer-facing role
You love being in a fast-paced, busy retail environment, where you can spin plates, while still providing excellent customer service
You’re hungry to learn and grow within the role (and beyond)
You’re able to easily build a connection with a variety of new and existing customers
You can quickly develop customised solutions for customers
You’ve got a drive to reach (and exceed) sales targets and KPIs
