Job Description:

As a Retail Sales Consultant at Telstra's Shepparton store, you'll be responsible for delighting customers with outstanding service, helping them find the products and services to transform their telecommunications experience. Working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment, you'll have opportunities for continuous training and career growth within an inclusive and diverse community.

Job Responsibility:

Providing exceptional in-store customer journeys
empowering customers by identifying their needs
learning and staying updated on the latest tech and gadgets
supporting and providing solutions for customers with progressive sales and consultative service.

Requirements:

Experience in a customer-facing role
ability to build a connection with new and existing customers
ability to develop customised solutions for customers
drive to reach and exceed sales targets and KPIs
willingness to learn and grow within the role and beyond
enjoy working in a fast-paced, busy retail environment.
